Feeling the AGI

I've been at Anthropic for almost a year now, and I'm enjoying it immensely - progress is impressively fast, Claude is both fun to talk to and multiplying my own productivity, outsourcing all the boring tasks to Claude Code lets me do all the fun parts of programming. It's never been so easy to learn about any new topic!

I feel incredibly lucky to work with such a smart, driven and kind group of people. If you are interested in AI research and safety, taking a few minutes and applying is probably the highest leverage thing you can do in terms of beneficial impact both for yourself as well as the future of humanity as a whole. Anthropic is the company I most trust to build AGI safely and to the benefit of everyone, by far - this was one of the biggest reasons I joined!

Blog Revamp

This blog has been around for a long time, and parts haven't been updated in years. I'm finally doing a big spring clean, but keep getting distracted by interesting blogs I find along the way. The old internet is still alive and strong!
